DELIVERY

Here at DP Dyes we hand dye all of our items. We are a small business, therefore most of our items are made on demand. When you place a order, your items will be created especially for you! This may take a little time - up to 20 working days (but usually a lot less, and we think you will find the wait totally worth it!).

Orders are sent first class post.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Custom items are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

We will exchange your item if it arrives faulty or is not the size ordered. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

If you do wish to exchange or discuss a refund, please contact us via the 'Contact' page within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition.
